About Namayingo Hands of Love Children Centre
Building a community where every child grows with love, dignity, and opportunity.
Who We Are
Namayingo Hands of Love Children Centre (NHLCC) is a registered Community-Based Organization (CBO) under the Namayingo District Local Government, Department of Community-Based Services.
Founded in Buswale Town Council, NHLCC was established to respond to the growing needs of vulnerable children and families affected by poverty, neglect, and lack of access to education and basic welfare services.
Our Key Activities
Evangelism
We engage in children’s ministries, youth clubs, orphan care, and Christian outreach through evangelism, camps, vocational training, health education, and community clinics.
Nutrition
We implement a school feeding program ensuring proper nutrition and access to clean water for all learners, greatly improving health and school performance.
Education
We provide quality education for children from elementary to primary level, preparing them for secondary and vocational training while nurturing moral values.
Medical Care
We plan to establish an on-site clinic to provide essential medical care for children and the community, addressing preventable illnesses and supporting health awareness.
Statement of Faith
- We believe the Bible to be God’s perfect, divinely inspired Word revealing His love to the world.
- We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the deity of Our Lord Jesus Christ — His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, resurrection, ascension, and return in glory.
Our Founders’ Story
At the beginning of 2022, we heard God’s call to open a school — a vision to make quality education accessible to less privileged families. Our mission is to nurture children spiritually, mentally, and physically while supporting families through skill-building and love.
This school is more than education; it’s about transforming lives, understanding each child’s story, and healing broken hearts through the gospel. We thank Pastor Betty and all who stand with us in mending the hearts of Namayingo’s children.
